Why FitTick
Every worker can make a claim once a health concern is recognised and Safework Australia suggested in 2018 that there are 18 serious claims for every 1000 workers. Once a claim is made it’s very likely too late, to make a difference to the actual health of the claimant. FitTick starts getting involved at workplaces well before a claim is made, to help protect hearing and respiratory systems well before hearing loss or lung function becomes a concern.

Our team of FitTick technicians work with every worker that needs respirator fit testing, hearing testing, ear plug fit testing and spirometry testing. Of course, every worker does not require all these tests, but our team work with you to find the best way forward for everyone.

Respirator & Mask (RPE) Fit Testing
FitTick can provide testing for any style, type, model or brand of respirator or mask. We are experienced testing in clean room and remote environments.
Hearing Protection (HPE) Fit Testing
FitTick can provide testing for any style, type, model or brand of Hearing Protection Equipment (HPE). We are experienced working with a variety of industries.
Spirometry Testing (Lung Function test)
A spirometry test can be used to ensure that the health of a worker is not affected by their workplace and that provided PPE/RPE is working properly.
Audiometric Testing (Hearing Test)
Audiometric audits done as a pre-employment check or periodically will help to identify existing impairments, trends and potential OH&S risks.
FitTick CARD
As an addition to the White Card, the nationally recognised FitTick card will be provided with no additional charge to every employee tested. Cards are registered on our site so in the event of loss or damage they can be replaced. The card shows the date of the test and the due date of the next test. We can also provide a free reminder service when tests are due again to ensure you stay compliant with current legislation.
Pop-Up
We offer pop-up testing at your workplace or anywhere Australia-wide at a suitable location.
Mobile Booth
Our purpose-built and calibrated testing booth is available throughout South Australia.
