How FitTick Conducts Hearing Protection Fit Testing
Our efficient testing process takes approximately 10 minutes per person and ensures accurate, consistent results across all tests.
Assess noise exposure, medical conditions, and confirm the correct HPE model used in the workplace.
Our expertly trained technicians guide workers through correct insertion or adjustment for a secure fit.
Noise attenuation levels are measured using specialised equipment and repeated tests.

We offer In-house testing at our office in Adelaide, South Australia.
Mobile Testing Booth
Please provide a suitable parking area for our mobile testing booth. While the testing environment is controlled, high dust levels such as from nearby manufacturing plants can impact test accuracy.
Mobile Pop-Up
Onsite
For onsite testing, we require a lockable room or office (approx. 20sqm) in a quiet, clean area with at least two power points, a table, and two chairs. Avoid offices near dust or airborne contaminants, as they can affect test results.
Offsite
We’ll set up a testing facility close to your worksite or in a convenient location for your workforce (e.g. CBD). Please ensure employees are informed that the test will be conducted offsite.

Fit Testing Results
FitTick securely stores all test results and provides immediate reports for employers.
Every participant who passes will receive a FitTick Card – proof of compliance, complete with testing dates and retest reminders.
